This past week our family was hit with the "sickies."
Even though our home is small,
we have a wonderful television room in the basement that is cozy, comfortable, and warm.

Ewww, I know.
Today I decided was the day to de-germ this room so we could all begin to enjoy it again.
As I uncluttered, emptied trash, cleaned, and swept, I washed the sofa slipcover.
I love being able to throw this cover in the wash.
Spent a whole week sewing it, but, oh was it well worth the time and effort.
Dear Miss Mookie quickly found the highest, most cozy place to snooze.
(Too bad for her the sofa couldn't stay that way.)
Much better.
Movie and popcorn, anyone?
